Studio is a blank slate for business process/workflow building. The no-code designer's drag and drop UI makes it super easy for anyone to design workflows for marketing, sales, case record management or to interface with other integrations. You have the option to add custom code as well if you desire. A library of pre-built components allows you to accelerate the development process as well. You can also build your own web services to integrate with just about anybody.

An intuitive no-code set of tools that can be used with no advanced IT background. It can use script tasks, and sometimes this approach is the recommended one, but you still have that flexibility to decide. It empowers both IT and business teams to innovate faster and adapt business processes with ease.
I wish the business process builder had a debugger or test run mode. We have a DEV environment but it would be nice to have a debugger/test mode in PROD that could spot potential issues before the process is set to active.

This is less about disliking and more about anticipation. I'm really looking forward to more advanced AI capabilities, particularly for generating business processes and script tasks. Ideally, I'd like to have a demo or sandbox environment where I can use long-context prompts, provide AI access to relevant business concept files, and have it generate demo implementations. From there, I could review, refine, and selectively apply those solutions step-by-step in a test instance. This would significantly accelerate prototyping and innovation.

You can also build web services within Studio if you want to build a custom integration with another vendor. We have also started to play with the machine learning models for lead scoring and account predictions.
