The migration tool for shares works very well. The support team is great too. The implementation team did a great job.
Its sheer scalability to ingest massive amounts of files easily and present them anywhere locally on SMB file share for normal Windows access
Occasional Filer Stability Issues: In a few instances during POC/Testing, Edge Filers showed offline status unexpectedly and required intervention, but thru vendor support it was resolved by upgrading the version.
The filers are the brain for sharing resource to users, it's important to get functionalities to replicate configuration for shares for CIFS and NFS because this is a manual process that takes a lot of time.
I will be honest I dont know that I have any dislikes, IT solves so many big problems so easily that any small issues are completely trivial

Great platform and support team, missing some replication functionalities
We use Ctera platform as our storage for Non strucutured data - archiving reposoritory. This is not our first tier for sharing data to all our users. We use the NAS protocols: CIFS and NFS. The platform behavior is great and is easy to use as everything is done over the web-based portal.
