Technisys has been a great partner to work with through organization's digital transformation. The platform is flexible and allows the organization to customize as needed. We love hearing the answer "We can do that!" on any improvement we suggested. The process took longer than expected because of the need to define all the business requirements and the need to build the infrastructure on organization's side but we truly felt like we had a partner with Technisys and have been able to build a product that will provide the customer experience needs.

The flexibility for customization.
We built a very complex suite of products from scratch. It was an ambitious build with complex funds flows, security protocols, navigation and compliance. Easy of use was always the driver of the initiative. I believe we accomplished what we set out to do!
The ease of building solutions and deployment
The need to define most of the screens and functionality. It is great to have flexibility but when as a bank we have always been given a product instead of building one it was difficult at times to make sure we captured all the requirements, regulations, etc.
Only that not all products are built, but that is a function of priorities and costs.

We implemented the project with three teams focused on a first delivery of September-2017, where we will have two more waves of projects, one for December-2017 and one for January-2018. The product presented very good scalability and flexibility for deployment and support, with the tools already in place, it was possible to speed up the deployment and meet the project deadline.

It's been a good experience, the product has all the functionalities that the bank needed, with a high degree of innovation . There has been some issues due to the fact that only the vendor has experience on developing new requirements and they have a high cost.
