The first thing that I like about NEO LMS is its simple and straight forward design like the momen you log in, you can easily the lessons, the assessments, events, etc. Another thing is the gradebook feature which really promotes transparency in grading which is necessary for tracking of progress. The gradebook also has the export feature which allows us teachers to easily transfer our students grades to our own class record. The third one is its capacity to gamify each class by creating and awarding badges, points, and even certificates which increases the motivation of every student to perform better while at the same time having fun. The last thing that I like about NEO LMS is its capacity to be integrated with other apps such as MS Teams, Powerpoint, Flip, and Wakelet. The embed tab is really a powerful feature!
Easy for students and teachers to use. Like the ability to use it to administer tests. The calendar feature is a big plus for teachers and students.
What I like about NEO LMS is that the support system is very active and they always answer our queries on time. I also like the way that the product is very child friendly and it can easily access by young students.
One of the reasons that I dislike about NEO LMS is its scalability in mobile phones as it is quite difficult to browse lessons/submissions when I am using my phone. The second is that the app sometimes experience problems in refresh that pop-up windows will not disappear and some keys will not anymore be clickable leaving me with no choice but to force restart the app. The third is that sometimes, I do not understand why some game points are not awarded even if the student has completed the task required to receive the points. Lastly, there were times that the sync feature does not ask what to sync and immediately proceeds to the process without me selecting the items to be synced.
It is impossible to reach a live person when there is an immediate need for support. Email and online support is responsive, but it is problematic when an urgent concern needs responsiveness via a person to person conversation.
The only thing that I don't like about NEO LMS is the function of a coma (,) in the quiz part. I have difficulty using the coma because in NEO LMS coma is used to separate answers and I cannot use it to show the value of thousands.

Neo Learning Management System, 'da BEST!
Neo LMS was really a great help to our institution. Prior to pandemic, our institution decided to implement the use of a learning management system. It was Neo that stood out, not because of the system itself but the price offered to the institution.
