My experience with Datorama was excellent. Though its interface was not very user-friendly for a beginner, it worked fine for me. Due to being from marketing dynamics, this tool helped me a lot in figuring out the report and analytics. It offers advanced analytics with great insights that worked wonders for me as a marketer.

This is an easy to use platform, and it's been easy to set up. We have a number of users of this platform all of which have gotten on with it straight away. The assistance team is on hand when you need them. Saves us a lot of time.

We are complying with our KPIs thanks to the effectiveness in obtaining data and actions with Datorama. This software gives us a quick integration with our other marketing programs. The best of datorama are the panels and their automation tools (Datorama Action Center), as well as the artificial intelligence support, are fundamental tools to create powerful online campaigns.

The interface is complex and it creates problems for new users. Cost is high so using it is not easy for small organizations. Sometimes you have to struggle with support from the service team so this is one segment Datorama should work on to maintain their customer base.

There is some terminology that isn't self explanatory, and there are some hard to reach areas of the platform - however this is probably done on purpose so they aren't touched by inexperienced users!

Since we acquired this software, everything has worked well, at first it took us a few days to adapt to all its tools and functions. The assistance service is very effective and fast.
