“Succesful implementation with a low standard of collaboration”
The implementation was overall succesful. They are very knowledgeable about the solution they were implementing. However, communication and collaboration during the process were not optimal. The implementation team leaders seemed to be stretched too thin managing projects with several clients and were not available for critical meetings or collaboration. I also feel their approach to project management was very weak and lacked structure and leadership.

Robust implementation process, strong US resources, some challenges with offshore team
High quality personnel allocated to the project in terms of understanding of business processes and technical capabiltiy. Integration between Deloitte team and our team has been very succesful and sometimes difficult to distinguish between who works for which company. Sound ERP implementation methodology and good operating discipline in terms of sticking to the process and holding people accountable for outcomes. The overall judgement about the project is positive. Governance, project management were good, methodolgy and documentations can be improved. The team was well balanced between senior and junior consultants, some member was not 100% effective, but it was in line with what usually happens in project like this.
