    My overall experience of working with Deloitte consulting has been very positive. Deloitte has been an advisor to our organization all the way from helping determine the most cost effective software licensing packages, building a quality product and then rolling it out effectively through organizational change management. The Deloitte team always brought forth creative ideas to improve citizen engagement through creative uses of the Salesforce platform and associated products. They managed the risk well and brought up risks in a timely fashion with suggestions on how to mitigate. Deloitte adapted well to changes in government policies with minimal cost and timeline impacts. We have a built a very strong CRM/Salesforce program in my organization in partnership with Deloitte.

    Deloitte (the global Team with colleagues of Germany and India) supported us very well to reach the strategic target "deliver the solution with an 95% out of the box approach, in budget and time". That means change the process and not the tool approach for more then 18.000 users in more then 100 countries to secure the blueprint and secure the adaption of the solution by the business. The Change-Management team hasn´t the expierence with such a large organization (number different user groups).
