Deloitte (the global Team with colleagues of Germany and India) supported us very well to reach the strategic target "deliver the solution with an 95% out of the box approach, in budget and time". That means change the process and not the tool approach for more then 18.000 users in more then 100 countries to secure the blueprint and secure the adaption of the solution by the business.
