Best connections are through carrier TMS and ELD systems. However, quality of data can be dependent on the capabilities of the carrier's TMS system (e.g. the types and quantities of data the TMS system captures).

I like how you can set the frequency of in-transit location updates and the ability to receive ETA updates.

More communication needed on maintenance, easier way to find issues on exports, no other issues

I would prefer if MacroPoint had analytical carrier performance capabilities. It would be nice to be able to analyze carrier performance such as on time delivery, quality of tracking data, etc.

There can be some lag in updates. Sometimes the help desk isn't super quick with responses. Having to create multiple requests for tracking if we have two drivers running one load (team drivers).
