I like the transcription and AI summary the most because it helps us to receive accurate information and have the action points needed.
Transcription.
The local presence feature, call clarity, UX/navigation. chrome integration are really nice.
Some of the features are a little bit complex, especially for older team members who aren't that tech-savvy, but the help center and all of the resources have been constructive!
The call center routing is heavily limited compared to other products or requires weird configuration
The Ai voice isolation and auto volume feature, they just ruin the really nice call quality. The ai suggestions while in a call can pop up for no reason, and usually do not understand what is going on in the logistics/ transportation industry. The dialing noise can be MUCH louder than the actual conversation, so I always have to adjust my volome mid call.
