The user interface can be overwhelming due to the multitude of features and settings. This complexity sometimes makes it difficult fir new users. We have encountered a few glitches particularly which have required us to reach out to support more frequently than expected.

There is nothing as such which I dislike about this product. Only the customer support needs to be enhanced with a high level of promptness and quick solution to the raised tickets.
