We started in 2008 a project to replace the various existing mediation-solutions by one-mediation. DigitalRoute supported us very well during the whole process of evaluation (preparation & demonstration of use-cases, site-visits, customer experience) and during the migration to MediationZone (MZ) as one-mediation-solution. Our MZ installations have grown significantly over the past few years in terms of performance and complexity. DR is always supporting us very well with the introduction of new functionalities. We made very good experiences with the support from DR for further development of our applications and with the operational support. The product-management and the support react very quickly and very professional. We are very satisfied with the product MZ. It is constantly being developed and is therefore state-of-the-art. New versions for supporting Cloud-computing are in the pipeline. MZ can be easily customized and is easy to maintain and operate. Overall, we made very good experiences with the product and the support. MZ is a key system in our IT-landscape. There are no discussions in our company for the replacement of the platform, the journey with DigitalRoute and MZ will go on!
