Implementation Complexity - The implementation was complex and time consuming process. It did require integration with various existing systems and data sources within the organisation. Although, the ROI the platform delivered was multifold and hence the time and money was justifiable.

It offers us with a unified view of customer information by consolidating data from multiple sources and systems into single, centralised platform. It did come with an Unified Customer View which helped us eliminate data silos and duplication, and inconsistencies allowing us to have a holistic understanding of our customers. By consolidating customer data and streamlining processes, SingleView improves operational efficiency. It did reduce manual data entry and reconciliations, automates service provisioning and activation and enables real time rating and charging. These efficiencies resulted in cost savings, reduced errors by a significant percent and faster time-to-market for new offerings.
