Disaster Recovery as a Service (Legacy) Likes & Dislikes
The availability of services
Speed of response. Quality of people provided. Integration with API support.
Availability of plenty of customisation and integration is a huge plus in this product. Data is encrypted. Its an automated process and lets us recover data like system configuration and any type of file. It automatically detects any kind of disaster or severe problems in our servers or database and starts it recovery process immediately.
Service providers should work on the cost as most of the SMBs would go for DR as a service.
Pricing could be better. Contract was rigidly structured. Took time to understand our complex requirements.
Nothing so far, its a great product.

Best disaster recovery tool with plenty of features.
IBM's disaster recovery is a very good tool to backup and recover in case of any unforeseen cyber attack or any kind of threat. It lets us back up data like files, images, videos, artifacts, system configuration, etc. We can backup daily and recover the latest data possible. It works in background and doesn't consume much RAM unlike its competitors. UI is very intuitive and has good customisation upon what services or data that can be backed up and recovered. - TECHNICAL SUPPORT50M-1B USDIT ServicesReview Source
Protect yourselft against a total loss of the data center.
It is a solution that allows us to have disaster recovery on similar equipment in another datacenter and not as we have done against another cloud, it is quite efficient in the management and configuration of its replicas, givining the ability to backup and duplicate data quickly and simple to another location in case of an accident. - Senior Wireless EngineerGov't/PS/EdGovernmentReview Source
