What is Dock?

Dock is an AI revenue enablement platform for go-to-market teams. It provides digital sales rooms, customer onboarding hubs, content management, and learning tools that support the full customer lifecycle—from early deal conversations through onboarding and renewal. Sales teams use deal rooms to share content, pricing, mutual action plans, and AI-generated documents like business cases and meeting summaries with buyers. Customer success teams use onboarding workspaces to guide customers through implementation and track progress. Dock's AI-powered content library helps reps find and share the right materials, while learning courses and playbooks keep training accessible in the flow of work. Dock's AI enablement agent answers rep questions in real time using company content, CRM data, and call transcripts.

Dock Pricing

Dock uses a tiered subscription model with monthly and annual billing. The Free plan supports up to 50 workspaces. Standard starts at 350 dollars per month for 5 users. Premium starts at 1,000 dollars per month billed annually and adds content management, playbooks, order forms, and advanced CRM. Enterprise pricing is available on request and includes courses, SSO, API, automation, and dedicated customer success. Additional seats are 50 dollars per user per month.

Their microsites are very easy to use and do not require a lot of time to set up something very sleek and easy to use. I appreciate the content sharing that allows for templates centered around best practices and flows that make it easy for your buyer to scan when time may be limited. I am very wary around sharing some of the content broadly, so I appreciate the lockdown and password protection tools. Finally, I like the buyer analytics around clicks and open rates, to help easily track down deal cycles. All of this is combined with a great customer support team available almost immediately.
