Its pretty quick to define the needed action, even if the result is legal and binding. Docusign also automatically provides all the necessary documents, has options to send them via email to all parties of a deal, and provides regular updates on the flow. The bar above is very helpful to know where the signature should be, and the option to upload your own signature is also most welcome.
We were comfortable with the product as we've used it for almost 10 years. However, the risk of needing their support if an issue occurs is too great -- I would never use them again.
The best features include; 1. Significantly speeds up signing and tracking documents compared with paper processes and improves workflow. 2. Secure and Compliant : Built in encryption and authentication features gives confidence in security.
I believe that usage statistics could be more detailed - the time it took for both parties to sign the paper, how many people signed it, etc. I understand it's legal, but still, more data could be shared with the users of the product. Also quick actions tab would be useful on the signing page.
Their customer service is the worst that I've experienced in my life.
Few things which can be improved are; 1. pricing feels high 2. Advanced features are complex and setting up templates, workflows and conditional fields needs training.
