It saves us a lot of time because there are no longer email threads, everyone just selects their availbilty and that's it. It is very easy to use even for a person who is not technical and can easily understand quickly and start using it quickly. It works really well for group scheduling when many people are involved and have different schedules. .
The clean and intuitive interface
I can quickly set up a poll and let everyone align on the best time so there's definitely a lot of clarity and time savings.
What i dislike most about the product are these points. Some useful features are only available in the paid version, which can be limiting if i am using a free version plan. The interface looks like a basic and could be more modern and visually appealing. Notification is sometimes very confusing and its not always clear when everyone has responded or when the best time is finalised.
Free version lacks some functionalities, and the integration with calenders could be better. Occasionally there are issues with submitting availability
Nothing, it removes the stress of managing calendars across different people and makes collaboration smoother.
