Dragonboat has a flexible roadmap planning, customizeable views, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple teams and tools into a single, strategic product view.
1. Flexibility to allow users to create their own road maps. 2. The dashboard view is also user friendly and not overwhelming. 3. It's a great organization tool that takes away the tedious workload to increase productivity.
1 - Some of the features feel under developed and limit how far teams can scale them. 2 - UI can be unintuitive - things take more clicks than they should or are hard to figure out how to do when they should be easy and follow more of a UX standardization. 3 - Integrations could be stronger - Pulling customer account data and context from tools like Salesforce and Pendo should be available out of the box so teams don't have to build or request custom workflows for tools already embedded in their operational processes
The onboarding and learning curve led us to occasional lmitations around data import and navigation, and some UX/reporting preferences that could be improved.
Opportunity to have a more comprehensive allocation report and the product can be buggy at times. Overall, not too many issues. They have great online support if help is needed.
