What i like the most is the aspect of simplicity and security. The SaaS-based architecture eliminates the need for backup hardware management while built-in encryption and ransomware recovery capabilities . The platform's scalability and unified visibility across all data sources make administration very efficient and predictable.
sales people were great;
No hardware to manage or software to patch; it is completely serverless and scales automatically. Built-in air-gapping and immutable backups provide high confidence in data recovery. A single pane of glass to manage backups across endpoints, DCs and cloud apps like Microsoft 365.
I sometimes feel there is a delay in the initial large-scale backup sync, especially across globally distributed DC's. Pricing tends to rise a lot as data volumes grow, which can challenge long-term cost planning.
customer support was hard to understand
Since its 100% cloud-based, the initial backup of large datasets can be slow without a high-speed connection. While reliable, the search functionality for specific files within older snapshots could be more intuitive.
