Ease of implementation: Duo Care service makes the implementation adoption a true white glove experience. They have the technical expertise to assist with any and all potential problems with adoption - from whitepapers to provide to your end-users, technical white papers for architecture/implementation, best-practice guidelines, project management, etc. The Duo Care team always make themselves available to you to address any questions, troubleshooting sessions, even those that are outside of the Duo platform itself (assisted us with MS Conditional Access policies, idP, SSO, SAML, FirePower/ISE questions, etc.).
Ease of implementation - we can have a new application configured and active in a short time. Versatility - With available options for securing apps, we are able to ensure that the correct users have access, and the correct level of verification is applied to each application. Constantly evolving - Cisco is constantly adding functionality to DUO, allowing us to grow with the product and adapt to an ever changing security landscape.
The dashboard is excellent and simple. The app is great and migrating your MFA setup to a new device is made really simple. All around great experience
There are no weaknesses or dislikes to list. I am not sure what my experience with the product would be like without the Duo Care service. It truly is what sets it apart from my experience with any other Cisco Security product.
Licensing is basic, lacking the nuance we need for the different categories of users we have. There is no mechanism to support non-standard license agreements in the portal, requiring assistance at times from our account team to keep us in compliance. Documentation can be wordy and hard to find what you are looking to do.
The documentation on the installation of the authentication proxy was outdated, and I encountered some errors, because the file structure was different, but nothing that we didn't figure out quickly, and made it work. The extra features, such as the Duo Passwords and SSO capabilities, could be better explained.
