The Platform stands out for its reliable single sign-on (SSO), seamless multi-factor authentication (MFA) and strong adaptive security polices.

We have been using Microsoft Entra ID for several years as our central identity and access management solution, especially in combination with Microsoft 365 and other cloud services. For us, it became the foundation for managing user identities, access rights, and authentication across different systems. In day-to-day operations, it works reliably and has helped us standardize how users access applications, both internally and externally. Especially as our environment grew and more services moved to the cloud, Entra ID made it easier to keep access control consistent without relying on multiple separate solutions.

We have had an awesome experience with Ping Identity Platform. The software has provided us with extensive access and identity management solutions from multi factor authentication, single sign on and compliance. It is an easy to use tool and has a free unlimited trial for new users. It also fully automates access management helps us to easily recover forgotten passwords. Use of the tool has also made it possible for us to authorise or deny access to various work premises and systems depending on individual roles.

We've been using OneLogin for about 18 months to handle our identity access and SSO across a mix of legacy on-prem systems and newer SaaS tools. From a stability standpoint, it's been incredibly solid: we rarely see downtime, and the core authentication flows just work. SmartFactor Authentication has been a big win for us; it's helped us tighten up security without our end-users constantly complaining about MFA fatigue, as it only prompts them when the risk profile changes. On the flip side, the administrative interface can feel a bit fragmented. Since the most recent update, some of the deeper configuration settings are buried under more menus than they used to be, which makes quick troubleshooting a bit more tedious. Also, while the app catalog is huge, setting up custom SAML connectors for some of our more niche internal apps required more manual back-and-forth than I expected. It's a very capable platform for securing a diverse workforce, provided you have the time to get the initial provisioning rules exactly right.

We implemented Okta Customer Identity for managing external user authentication across multiple applications. Overall, the platform is stable, scalable, and integrates well with modern architectures (APIs, microservices). We primarily used it for SSO and OAuth.OIDC flows, and MFA enforcement. The setup required some initial learning, especially around policies and flows, but once configured, it has been reliable with minimal downtime. It significantly reduced custom authentication logic on our side and improved security posture

We use AWS IAM regularly for managing developer access, service permissions and deployment workflows across different AWS resources. It's honestly one of those services that becomes essential once infrastructure starts growing. The role based access setup and integration with other AWS services works really well. The biggest challenge is policy management. Debugging permission issues can get frustrating with complex IAM policies or cross account access. Still, once the structure is properly organized, it gives strong control and visibility over access management.

Oracle Access Management helps us to boost the security and privacy of our data and other work resources by setting up access control measures like authentications to help us regulate who can have access to what kind of data and resources. It helps us to set up and enforce custom access policies which allows us to control what level of data access everyone has. With Oracle Access Management, we are able to ensure the safety of our access credentials by detecting any suspicious access attempts that may be caused by identity theft.
