The software provides great user experience and design. It is secured and user friendly as well. The customer support is really nice and has great tracking metrics. The reports can be customized on daily basis and in build graphs are also on point. I do recommed this software.

The customization of the Dynamics platform has allowed our national teams to manage leads and generate reports that meet the needs of individual business units.

Great customer support, in built graphs and so on.

i like how i am able to get report through our multichannel on this tool. it is a very straight forward tool

While the reporting is robust, the UX is not favored by sales team members.

I do face some issues while mailing. There is a glitch while sending and recieving mails.

i do not experience issues from my usage of dynamics CRM

this is an easy tool to setup and use as well, which also gives the option of customizing to any format we want it. it comes with a whole lot of features. and helps us manage our customer base very well. i will say it has been a good experience working with this tool.

It is very efficient in what it does and has useful features which helps us stay on track with work. It connects different departments by providing relevant information.
