This is a beneficial tool for our quality management system. We did have difficulty getting it working correctly on tablets. The spacing of the questions did not make it compatible with use of the onscreen keyboard. We also were periodically unable to use the onscreen keyboard designed within the app and had to use the accessibility functions of the Ipad itself in order to type out answers.

    The software is very useful every time we start to work with the Open Enrollment, specially because their app facilitates our staff to select their benefits, either waved, change or add, we never had had an issue. And if we do require assistance, assistance is always provided. So, we don't need to worry for anything.

Like

The audit structure and tracking of corrective actions are useful. Recurring process gaps identified in audits can be flagged and followed up through engineering tickets. while helping us identify patterns that impacted customer experience and messaging

A great alternative to logging daily, weekly, and monthly audits on paper. More efficient and better capabilities.

Like

I like the way they provide opportunities to build strong communication and sales skills quickly. It has a highly driven and target oriented team with a strong focus on conversions. It also provides the exposure to high quality leads and premium education product.

Dislike

It;s not specifically designed for software workflows (in our case), so translating issues into Jira requires some manual alignment and clear internal processes

It was great to switch to digital logging of quality audits from paper hard copies. It is nice to be able to note issues so management knows right away, but it is also nice to be able to note when an issue was small and able to be corrected on the spot.

Dislike

I dislike high-pressure sales environments with strict targets, work-life balance issues (long hours, / 6 day work culture reported) and also at times there is a lack of transparency in policies/processes. There is a heavy dependency on numbers which can feel like a sales-first culture. Performance pressure may lead to job insecurity (PIP culture).
