It has an easy to use interface which allows for the workflow of a document to run smoothly which helps us keep track of all the important documents. The multiple modules available help handle all of our document control, safety incident reporting and corrective action needs.
Not easy to upload more than one attachment to an entry and I would prefer that attachments be shown at the end of the record.
It was great to switch to digital logging of quality audits from paper hard copies. It is nice to be able to note issues so management knows right away, but it is also nice to be able to note when an issue was small and able to be corrected on the spot.
The database is hyper normalized making it challenging to work with at the analytical layer and I think it would be nice to take a look at the approach for less normalization of the data.
