It was very easy to implement, the configuration was easy to set up, and the support team is responsive and they were very generous with their time during our transition period.

This is a beneficial tool for our quality management system. We did have difficulty getting it working correctly on tablets. The spacing of the questions did not make it compatible with use of the onscreen keyboard. We also were periodically unable to use the onscreen keyboard designed within the app and had to use the accessibility functions of the Ipad itself in order to type out answers.
