I liked how EasyEcom brought all of our marketplace operations into one dashboard. The inventory sync across channels saved us a quite lot of manual work which take extra time, the returns reconciliation was smooth, and the automation in order processing made daily tasks faster and much easier.
It has advanced tool as traceability and barcoding . It helps me alot to optimize my process with the option of tracking what i need. The investment to have this software really worth it.
Reports: New B2B Auto picklist is a nice system.
Overall Easycom worked very well, but a few areas could need improvement. The analytics are basic ERP integrations took extra effort, and support responses were sometimes slower during busy periods and the evaluation and contract negotiation phase felt a bit longer than expected, though manageable. None of these were major issues, just areas where improvement would surely help. Rest Everything is good
The customer support can be slow .
