The ability to hold multiple different catalogs for different stores/use cases. Honestly, the team itself makes me love Elastic Path as they are so easy, quick, friendly, and quick to act in the benefits of our company. The ability to easily add templates that we need to product and service listings.
Very flexible, Product hierarchies, composability
The product appears to offer a lot of flexibility to enable us to maximise our ecommerce offering. Any queries have also been dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
Little things I would like to make easier, such as search functionality in the variant list, sometimes the page glitches when I'm clicking through pages of product, the ease of adding multiple variant types (this could be something is available but our team doesn't quite understand fully).
Discount engine is immature
Limited out of the box features, although this can also be a positive as we operate in many different markets. Feedback from people using this product day to day is that the learning curve is steep but, once over that hurdle, the tool is excellent. Implementation time is not as quick as other providers.
