I like the visibility I have when orders are processed right.
The speed reports are helpful because I can monitor our drivers' performance
You can add notes for the salesman as reminders. Helps with proof of delivery if a customer is asking when it was delivered. Can also give the customer an ETA of the delivery driver when they inquire. It is very user friendly on both the dispatching side as well as the mobile app for the drivers.
The icons are small and not intuitive. Many of our users are not tech savvy and struggle learning what to do next or how to correct things. Delivery drivers struggle with the phone app. I do not like that we cannot change the ship via code without deleting and re-entering the orders. I do not like that the drivers cannot add orders once they have started a route.
1. Speed alerts only work for speeds above 75 mph 2. Form data, such as for the digital vehicle inspection reports, has been glitchy 3. Entire systems can go offline for days at a time
The only real issue we ran into was the driver app not working on older devices. Other issues are more on our end of getting some drivers/salesmen on board and realizing the benefits of Elite EXTRA for them and our customers.
