Having more admin customization options in the newest version is great. Short instructional videos are very useful. Dispatch is intuitive and easy to learn and train. Order search, order history, POD, and customer entry are all easy to learn and use.
The icons are small and not intuitive. Many of our users are not tech savvy and struggle learning what to do next or how to correct things. Delivery drivers struggle with the phone app. I do not like that we cannot change the ship via code without deleting and re-entering the orders. I do not like that the drivers cannot add orders once they have started a route.
1. Speed alerts only work for speeds above 75 mph 2. Form data, such as for the digital vehicle inspection reports, has been glitchy 3. Entire systems can go offline for days at a time
More customization to canned reports. Add dollars to manual pick ups and allow us to make it a mandatory field. Overall Elite is a great product.
