I like the visibility I have when orders are processed right.

The speed reports are helpful because I can monitor our drivers' performance

Having more admin customization options in the newest version is great. Short instructional videos are very useful. Dispatch is intuitive and easy to learn and train. Order search, order history, POD, and customer entry are all easy to learn and use.

The icons are small and not intuitive. Many of our users are not tech savvy and struggle learning what to do next or how to correct things. Delivery drivers struggle with the phone app. I do not like that we cannot change the ship via code without deleting and re-entering the orders. I do not like that the drivers cannot add orders once they have started a route.

1. Speed alerts only work for speeds above 75 mph 2. Form data, such as for the digital vehicle inspection reports, has been glitchy 3. Entire systems can go offline for days at a time

More customization to canned reports. Add dollars to manual pick ups and allow us to make it a mandatory field. Overall Elite is a great product.

Elite does a great job with customer service! When we have an issue it is easy to use instructional videos or contact someone in support. Our account manager, Brye Aanonsen, is very responsive and has done a great job for us.

Product itself works great for creating routes for delivery and sales personnel. Training and customer service from Elite EXTRA! is outstanding. The sales and customer service team are always helpful when assistance is needed. They are also very receptive when we have had ideas of how to enhance features.
