The easy receipt uploading that can be directly done in the screen of the receipt you are balancing.
It offers basic features, such as a mobile app. It's certainly an improvement over not having any tracking system at all.

It doesn't seem to be integrating emailed receipts in that well from our system, so we've ceased using that part of the application.
The setup was quite cumbersome to finally get started. Although a mobile app was included for tracking receipts, the user experience felt outdated compared to most other modern solutions. You could upload receipts and submit expenses while traveling, but there was no OCR support that actually read the receipts. You were required to attach them, but you still had to fill out every field manually.
While the tech support is amazing, the response to tickets sometimes takes a day or two, which is frustrating when you are trying to keep the workflow moving. Also, the import of credit card items is pretty bad. It doesn't work well with some of the larger banks.
