Heavy lifting to get this off the ground

Broad functionality, if you can teach yourself
We have been using Munis ever since Tyler bought out New World Systems (our previous provider). Our users had a definite learning curve, but overall Tyler support has been adequate. We've not had widespread issues by any means, but some of our long-term users report that there are more frequent changes in updates than what they like, especially compared to their experience with NWS.
