It's good to see our office floor plan and be able to choose a desk. It's helpful to see where other people are already sitting. It's great that someone can reserve a desk for me on my behalf.
Ease to customize the form. Support SSO so does not require a separate login credentials. Does not ask for too many details.
I like the check-in feature, in addition to the reservation feature. It makes a lot of sense for unassigned work desks.
I wish I could search for a colleague by name and then see where they are on a map. It only gives you the desk location and then you have to work out where that desk is.
The web UI need to be improved. Fonts size and style can be improvised. Need to renter the details if the form gets refreshed.
I would prefer a better mobile version that matches the effectiveness of the web version.
