Great solution for our needs - enabling the digitalisation/automation of HR Processes via reading and writing to SAP and an automated output of documents. By combining a ticket system with the above mentioned capabilities ESCRIBA provides an overall solution which improves the efficiency of our HR Service processes significantly. ESCRIBA is very solution and customer oriented.

it provides pretty much exactly the flexible solutions needed to bridge the gap between our HR core system and the needs to provide efficient HR Service processes. Very friendly and service & customer minded engineers and management

Escriba is integrated into SAP HR as a separate transaction. For end users, it is convenient and, depending on the document design, easy and intuitive to use. If documents are designed in the Escriba Designer to utilize as many SAP variables as possible and the creation of documents such as employment contracts or employment records requires minimal manual input from end users, this increases efficiency, reduces the error rate, and enhances the legal compliance of the documents.

The service/development organisation is understaffed. Testing/validation processes have been painfull and not sufficiently reliable. More like a start up. In the begining it was said that the product has already most solutions available. Later on we discovered that most of those still had to be developed. Sometimes it was difficult to see where obvious missunderstandings came from - our lack of ability to clearly discribe the needs or ESCRIBAs lighthearted overpromising. We stepped into many traps we think we could have avoided if ESCRIBA would have told us. It was unclear if their 'not-telling' was unprofessional or they just didn't know better. Sometimes we thought we were their first customer with this issue/request. We were given the impression, that the product, the companies processes and the service organisation was much more mature than it actually was.

The last system update sometimes lacked sufficient information regarding the new version. End users had to discover some features and settings themselves through trial and error, or contact Escriba afterward in the event of malfunctions that could have been avoided with prior notification.
