SuccessFactors does a great job of presenting employee data in a clear way (lots of dashboards) and is taking steps with AI to make processes easier.

It can be quite expensive. Add ons and advanced modules increase costs further.
It's been challenging for us to train our employees and managers on SuccessFactors. Admins and executives appreciate the in depth platform, but employees have expressed confusion with so many features. They often end up just slacking HR, who goes into SuccessFactors to find the answer for them. I wish the platform was a bit cleaner for that employee view.
