In rare cases syncing data from external systems can take longer which may delay real-time reporting but generally the tool is awesome.
I didn't like the inability to be on multiple platforms at once, I did, however, think it was convenient
The one thing missing is maybe connecting the data fields - data sheets with the object Quota. If this is done, everything would be very much easier to do, and will be less time consuming in inserting quota for each person individually or even the bulk data upload would be unnecessary
