What I liked most was that I was able to learn from a top tier business school while still working. The content was both practical and thought provoking and I especially appreciated how each module was directly tied to real business challenges. The platform made it easy to engage with material at my own pace and with the mix of videos and peer interactions kept the learning relevant.
Vast range of online training programmes offered to different level of senior leadership. The self improvement training are catchy and use friendly.
The courses were well structured, with lessons, examples of the output expected by the student, and different learning opportunities (lectures, papers, exercises). The providers provided valuable feedback on the reports that I submitted as part of the programs. They offered both hard and soft skill training, such as the two courses I took: Leading Effective Decision Making (hard skill) and Adopting a Growth Mindset (soft skill).
I disliked about the experience of Exec Online was that at times the platform felt a bit rigid in terms of pacing. While there was flexibility on certain deadlines, group components could be challenging to coordinate with a work schedule. Also, some of the peer interactions felt surface level depending on the level of engagement from other participants. More opportunities for deeper collaborations or live sessions might enhance the experience
The UI and UX is average. Not a versatile platform for continuous training. The content offered are not that great. Premium content offered through Execonline is not deep in business impact.
The time commitment was not as flexible as I would have liked based on other work responsibilities that I had. An on-demand platform would be a beneficial addition to their programs.
