Challenges Faced by Small Teams in Optimizing Powerful Tools

The tool is very robust, but can be challenging to leverage to its potential with a small team. Everything requires development to make the branding match the website so you must have these resources available. As a small team with limited resources this has been a challenge.

Dislike

Previewing and testing the experience before launching is very glitchy. It can be difficult to get the preview to show. This seems like it should be very seamless with how robust the platform is. The platform itself has been slow to open and edit experiences. Technical support is not very helpful, especially because our in-house developers are in a different time zone. TAM's typically just send a support article rather than helping trouble shooting.
