The most recent updates to the stats are fantastic. We can see page by page how many views and clicks we are getting and compare across all issues and also see how many mobile vs. desktop users now. This has helped us create better content because we now know which magazine articles are getting the most traction. Plus, we can report the stats to our advertisers which makes them feel more confident about their ROI. We also love that we can include video elements in the magazine, something we could obviously never do in print. We feature interviews, webinar clips, and even ads in video formats and engage readers even more.
Ease of use of the platform; analytics, ability to easily chnage out content, ability to embed on websites
As previously mentioned the analytics dashboard is a real plus for tracking impact and usage, the embed options are easy to use, and integrates nicely with websites without too much technical know how required.
I wish there was a better mobile interface, but it works for now with the pinch to zoom. Would be even better if it were 100% mobile friendly.
Pricing is high; I wasn't given the ability to negotiate, and no personal customer service or sales contacted me.
the editor can feel a bit hard work, when you want to do anything thats not basic, it basically does what it says it will do though, its not particularly innovative anymore, but still provides a function for me
