As previously mentioned the analytics dashboard is a real plus for tracking impact and usage, the embed options are easy to use, and integrates nicely with websites without too much technical know how required.

the editor can feel a bit hard work, when you want to do anything thats not basic, it basically does what it says it will do though, its not particularly innovative anymore, but still provides a function for me
Pricing is high; I wasn't given the ability to negotiate, and no personal customer service or sales contacted me.
I wish I could edit the PDF once I put it into FlippingBook. I would like to add a seperate page to the book that is not a part of the printed book (it is a page telling patrons to silence their phones and lower the brightness) and I cannot do that in flippingbook.
