The core functionality of converting PDF's into interactive flipbook publications works really well, and the end results look really professional, which matters with the audience I am sharing content with. The analytics dashboard at the backend is useful to see who then engages with my content and for how long, which helps justify the investment in the product and my time creating the books.

As previously mentioned the analytics dashboard is a real plus for tracking impact and usage, the embed options are easy to use, and integrates nicely with websites without too much technical know how required.

We like the ability to share a link/create a QR code that allows others to easily and quickly view the intended document.

the editor can feel a bit hard work, when you want to do anything thats not basic, it basically does what it says it will do though, its not particularly innovative anymore, but still provides a function for me

Pricing is high; I wasn't given the ability to negotiate, and no personal customer service or sales contacted me.

The price point is a bit steep for the product, in our opinion. As a small nonprofit organization, we would like to have more functionality with our FlipBooks (branding, ability to upload a new file without rewriting the sharable link, etc.), but the price jump for advanced features is too high for us to commit to for the way that we use it. For context, we share digital Graduation Programs with 200 individuals every four months during a graduation ceremony for young adults who are graduating with their high school diploma.

We don’t get a whole lot of people using it and everyone that does use it would be using it on their phone.
