The facilities planners were easily able to adjust spaces as needed as their were plenty of moves going on at any given time within a 1M rentable square foot space that we had to manage across 4 buildings. For pure end users - it was easy enough to find people and places and the mapping capability certainly worked well enough.
Tool FM SYSTEM SUPPORT TOOL which has a capability to perform Clean Install, Database Migration, Merge data and merge view and System configuration. Under System configuration we can reconfigure all number web. Config file which application uses and FMx reports under one single tool. It has a capability to encrypt all your web. configs so you dont have to take any other action to do so.
Some more flexibility in database related configuration is expected.
For the planners and the facilities management leadership and data analysts - the reporting lacked a bit in creating and customizing which forced that work to happen within MS SQL server. The product support team was not quick enough in getting to our needs of new reporting and open office templates as we had an initiative going on that required a complete rethinking of space and how to report and analyze it.
Number of web. Config files which I dont like but they gave us a tool to manage all together is nice.
