In general, Forcepoint has a pretty good protection performance, after the implementation, we received less spam email, meanwhile we didn't receive too much report from our colleague regarding the false positive blocking.

I appreciate Forcepoint threat detection and filtering capabilities the most, since it can block phishing emails and some malicious attachments in real time with a low false positive rate. The reporting is also very intuitive, letting our team to quickly understand the security status.

The software ensures complete data loss prevention and supports end-to-end encryption. ForcePoint Email Security software ensures collective threat intelligence and email communication safety. Flexible pricing. Effectiveness of the software in scanning incoming and outgoing emails.

I believe it would be better if it has a higher configuration flexibility with certain custom rules requiring additional technical support to implement. But overall it is pretty good.

Use of this software enables us to ensure secure email access and prevent data breaches. It has very effective threat management systems that prevent phishing, malware attacks and any data related as well as email compromise. Forcepoint Email Security is also customizable and can easily be deployed in large networks to scan for email vulnerabilities and spam. The software has extensive analytics and reporting features and quality customer support services that are available in real-time via phone call.

Forcepoint Cloud Email Security has been our Message Transfer Agent (MTA) anti-spam solution for over two decades. It acts as the agent between the email server(s) and the client system which is based on our ERP's email management module (Danaos InfoGate). The email servers are constituted by the O365 exchange and a private Zimbra email server (primary / secondary for emergency according to the MX prioritization). My overall experience has been very positive for the below reasons. 1. Easy and flexible setup and administration. This allows me to move from a certified integrator to another for maintenance purposes, exploiting existing managed services plan(s) for day to day jobs. 2. We structured different policies per group of different domains, allowing granular design for the different companies 3. Maintaining the black & white or AV lists is an easy to go procedure 4. We have managed to enforce DKIM, DMARC and SPF policies without having delivery failures except in rare cases. 5. The support handles any case in time without the need of repetitive requests 6. We managed to setup the agent for both IN/OUT messaging flow despite the O365 defender existence. 7. After the initial setup, we rarely release messages or allow/deny domains. 8. It integrates URL filtering into the company's messaging It is worth mentioning that there was a crucial issue with a bank in Cyprus for which we couldn't receive their messages, which affected the company's payment processes. Despite the fact that the problem was not in our Forcepoint's system environment, Forcepoint support assisted us to guide the bank to rectify the issue and restore the communication. Lastly, a major advantage of a solution like this is the ability to login to Forcepoint's cloud without the need of a mail based validation process, but only using Forcepoint's verification model. The ability to handle email servers prioritization is part of the Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans, providing flexibility, reliability and excellent protection.
