The integration with the broader ecosystem, specially the native hooks into advanced sandboxing for zero-day attachment analysis, is outstanding.

Accessible, easy and fast

I like that FortiMail can handle known/unknown email threats. It regularly gets updated to keep up with advancing email threats. I like the DLP and encryption capabilities. It is a great hybrid and cloud email security solution.

The interface for message tracking and log analysis can feel quite dense during an active incident. When a user reports a missing critical email, executing a rapid, end-to-end mail trace through the various inspection queues often requires navigating through multiple, somewhat clunky logging menus.

Compatibility? Some mails late to receive unless refresh and not realtime update

No bad experiences with FortiMail - it keeps email threats at bay.
