I like that FortiMail can handle known/unknown email threats. It regularly gets updated to keep up with advancing email threats. I like the DLP and encryption capabilities. It is a great hybrid and cloud email security solution.
The interface for message tracking and log analysis can feel quite dense during an active incident. When a user reports a missing critical email, executing a rapid, end-to-end mail trace through the various inspection queues often requires navigating through multiple, somewhat clunky logging menus.
Compatibility? Some mails late to receive unless refresh and not realtime update
