I like that FortiMail can handle known/unknown email threats. It regularly gets updated to keep up with advancing email threats. I like the DLP and encryption capabilities. It is a great hybrid and cloud email security solution.
It's complex to setup initially, the UI could be more user-friendly, the learning curve to configure is quite big for advanced features like custom policies and DLP rules.
Compatibility? Some mails late to receive unless refresh and not realtime update
No bad experiences with FortiMail - it keeps email threats at bay.
