Transporeon is a platform allowing us to have one EDI integration that is serving a lot of different customers. The integration is pretty easy, as the online documentation is well written. Downtime? I think Transporeon was down one day, which was a disaster for us and for our customers, in several years. We have a sales speaking partner who is always available and helpful. When it comes to contract management, then things are getting a little "meh": there is no negotiation, prices are imposed and honestly paying up to some 15 Euro fee for a spot transport is something I cannot understand. Bid management (tendering) has been around for ages and we use it regularly. Analytics and reporting are good, considering they are also fed by a huge amount of data.

We mainly use Coupa to receive purchase orders and upload invoices for payment. It does the job, and gives us a single platform to keep an eye on. That said, the interface feels quite old-fashioned, and certain tasks are clunkier and take longer than they should

We use Transport management system(TMS) from Blue Yonder. Deliveries from our ERP platform are integrated with this platform to achive 2 key objectives - the most efficient routing and carrier selection, also AI based delivery consolidation based on historical ordering pattern from customers.

Our experience with Keelvar has been excellent. It's an indispensable platform for optimizing large-scale, highly complex procurement events where traditional spreadsheets simply can't keep up. It has allowed us to move from a flat-price negotiation model to one where we can simultaneously evaluate multiple scenarios, supplier constraints, and risk variables, greatly streamlining decision-making.

Webcargo has made reporting more efficient by centralizing shipment data and reducing manual work. It provides, good visibility, making it easier to track performances and monitor statuses. This paltform helps save time and simplifies the reporting process.

GoProcure is an efficient procurement program, mostly created for mid sized and large businesses. the program has great support and customer service support that assists in making reporting easier due to it's effective tracking, availability and communication.

TenderEasy is convenient but could be improved. The service is practical for those looking for a quick and hassle-free solution.
