Jaggaer has been an excellent partner in streamlining our procurement needs and making us more digital in the process. They have allowed us to support guided buying initiatives that have helped reduce the number of invoices we process by 49% for our largest volume supplier. Guided buying initiatives supported have also helped reduce barriers that our internal customers were facing giving them more transparency and ease of use while allowing us to develop allowable purchases for them to select from to maintain compliance. The contract management tool has helped keep us compliant and allows for reduced processes when ordering from a contract. They have been a good collaborative partner and have supported many of our ideas and worked toward helping us better improve our processes.
