It's very easy to set up and navigate. The UI is clean and intuitive. There are connectors to automatically sync SaaS applications from platforms like M365.
I particularly appreciate the clean and well-organized layout of the tool. It's highly intuitive, making it easy to understand and use, without any confusion. The simplicity of the design ensures that I can quicky accomplish what I need to without getting lost in unnecessary features or complicates menues.
Their new addition of AI in chatbot is much helpful and appreciated
It feels unfinished compared to other products. It's apparent it's not their main software.
While the minimal number of buttons contributes to a clean interface, it also limits the range of features available. Additionally, integrating the tool with email can be challenging, which affects my workflow. There are also occasional issues with approving tickets, which can be frustrating and disrupts the process.
Their task scheduler does not have a simple search/filter option which makes it harder to search
