Excellent integration support from our lead contact at Gatekeeper. She was extremely helpful in configuring our workflows to meet the needs of our organisation. Quite good user experience in terms of the design of the product. The business is enjoying the functionality of the product and so far the legal team has received good feedback on ease of use from consumers. Good learning materials available for self-driven learning in relation to the product and workflow builds. Great features available for setting up the system for the first time e.g. bulk document, contract and supplier uploads. Integrates really well with NetSuite - very easy to set up the integration and turn that on.
