It was for this reason that the different features within Get Well 360 which include the educational videos and games seemed quite useful at first. They were a refreshing modification from conventional handouts and made the patient more receptive.
From the end user perspective this is a great product. We only use a handful of the available features, but from my understanding there are a lot more capabilities.
Some of the content updates were sparse and some patients felt the games became repetitive. This, however, was a drawback in the sense that the platform did not achieve its intended goals of patient education and recoverymanagement.
Consistent technical issues and lack of communication regarding changes. As I mentioned, our team is the first line of defense with supporting GetWell at our facility. However, GetWell makes changes to various configurations without telling us and we can walk in to 50-100 units down or incorrectly configured. We try to adhere to certain standards, but GetWell does not actively help us to do this.
