The ability it has to quickly sift through multiple internal data platforms to find the answer I'm looking for.
- The Home Page that includes the search bar as well as the linked bookmarks for each site you use - The Search function which allows me to search any document that I may need - The directory of people in case I need to quickly reference an org structure
I like how quickly conversations, whether they are done on slack or any jira issues that have been raised recently or are very old, get added to glean and i can find them easily through similar search terms. So, whenever i am faced with an issue I first look at glean to see if that has been done within the organisation previously or not.
I wish it offered a more seamless experience in my daily work and the ability to choose more platforms to pull data from
- Customizability: I believe there is more of an opportunity to improve the customizability of the Glean product. For example, bookmarking specific documents where the Trending boxes are. - Improved Search: There are many times when I will search for a document using the Search bar and it will not show the exact doc I'm looking to pull.
Sometimes I am not able to get the proper search result which I want at the top of the search list. This means I have to go through multiple links to find the exact link which relates to my issue.
