Glean has become a core part of how I work with knowledge across the organization. I am a data and AI-focussed user, thus I rely on it daily to pull together content from many different places to provide background info and context to speed up analysis, documentation, and decision making. It pulls the relevant results and understands my queries which allows for improved efficiencies dramatically. I don't need to spend time pulling documents and sources of truth for the AI to understand.

Frequent indexing issues, poor quality of search results (on internal data repositories), rather invasive. Tricky setup.
