I like the ease of organizing data before archiving I like that it keeps data secure
Nothing, this product is a scam
We use multiple products and services from Global Relay. There are certain services we are in the process of using, but we have tested quite a bit and found them to be quite valuable. The following are the items we liked the most: 1. Centralized and easy to use application to perform mobile business communications (voice, SMS, Whatsapp, etc.). 2. Advanced AI and other capabilities to reduce noise and allow staff to focus on meaningful alerts. 3. Ease of retrieving business communications to perform certain regulatory controls, such as those pertaining to swap dealer requirements.
None, It has been smooth with Global Relay Archive
Everything! The product is horrendous.
In all honesty, I don't have specific dislikes about the product or service. There are features and areas that I would like addressed, but Global Relay is working on them or they are out of their control. For example, we would like to allow and record Whatsapp group messages. Global Relay can certainly integrate this into the solution, but it requires Meta to permit this option.

Stay far away!
Global Relay is possibly the worst software product I've ever used in my career. If I could leave a negative star review, I would.
