Minor technical issues hinder productivity despite strong enterprise features
Overall, this product works. It delivers and it gives you the security that you need to protect your organization's assets. However, the ease of use of this product is not really good on a certain level. One of the problems I have encountered using this product is when I have to link it to a new mobile, for some reason it just wont work as seamlessly with some mobile phone models while it works great on others. Sometimes the codes, even if entered correctly, is not being accepted by the system due to some system delays or lags and you have to wait for several minutes and let it rest for a bit so that you won't get locked out.
