Platform allows lane analysis for SPOT rates and assists with compliance/audit, especially for lanes where the lowest bidder was not awarded the biz. Incidence Lens and Auto Docs upload are very good additions.

It helps to add thousands of trackings in one go. - It helps us to predict the delays and we fast track the shipments even before it reaches transhipment ports. - Our customers are very happy as they receive live tracking of shipments and can plan the clearance at destination in advance.
