- Response Times from Support can be slow at times - I wish there was a feature to notify an end user if an applicant hasn't started the background check process within 24-48 hours of sending. - I don't have much constructive criticism to offer at this time. Keep up the great work.
1) Needs proper email notifications regarding the status of the background check progress. Right now there is no way to know other than viewing the daily reports.
